BEING HUMAN AT WORK

Being Human at Work is our series of short articles that highlight key ideas around being more human at work and the benefits that can emerge from a more human-centric approach.

Ideas explored in this series:

  • Treating people as a someone, not a something (people are not a resource to be exploited)

  • Business as a social organisation, a network of relationships (rather than just a collection of contracts among self-interested individuals)

  • Work as an essential expression of our humanity and self-worth (not just a means to an end)
