WHAT WE DO

Design-led management consulting

We work with leadership teams in growing organisations who are feeling the strain of complexity. Our role is to help you regain clarity, create coherence, and build momentum – without losing what made you special in the first place.

To do that, we bring together strategy development and change management as two parts of one system. One defines the direction; the other makes it real.

Strategy Development

Creating clarity

We create the time and conditions for your leadership team to step back from the day-to-day, make sense of what’s really happening, and agree on what comes next. Together, we shape a clear picture of why you exist, who you serve, how you create value, and what you need to prioritise.

The output’s are a coherent narrative about where you’re going, and simple ways of expressing your value in the market. But more important than any artefact is what they enable: better decisions, aligned effort, and a team that knows what it’s trying to do.

Clarity, for us, isn’t a statement on a wall. It’s a shared language that leaders can lean on when the next hard decision arrives.

Change Management

Creating connection

Our change practice focuses on the mechanisms that shape everyday life in your organisation: how decisions get made, how information flows, how teams work together, and how people understand what “good” looks like.

We look at your formal structures, your interpersonal habits, and your cultural signals – and we design ways to bring them into better alignment with your strategy. That might mean clarifying decision rights, redesigning rhythms and rituals, or shaping a more coherent cultural narrative.

Rather than treating change as something that is “rolled out”, we treat it as something that is co-created. Leaders and teams are involved in making sense of what needs to shift, and in designing the practical steps that make those shifts stick.

In other words: we help your strategy show up in how people meet, decide, communicate, and work together.

Clarity and connection

In reality, strategy and change are not separate projects. They are different expressions of the same work.

Sometimes we begin with strategy and move into change. Sometimes we start by untangling change issues and trace them back to strategic questions. Either way, the aim is the same: to build a more coherent organisation – one where purpose, strategy, structure, and culture all point in the same direction.

If you feel you have pieces of the picture, but not a whole, we can help you connect them.
