Jackson Boyd (formerly HBJ Claim Solutions) is a law firm that specialises in contentious litigation in the areas of personal injury, employment law, dispute resolutions and claims for loss and injury. It has been operating in Scotland for over twenty years. Every year, it assists around 10,000 new clients in securing compensation.

After an in-depth consultation process with the firm's management team, we were able to identify the key challenges facing the business and set out a clear strategy that would allow it to meet its goals. A new client proposition was developed to highlight the full range of the firm's business activities. From this we developed a full brand identity for Jackson Boyd. This included a new brand name and logo, alongside new design guidelines and advertising concepts.
The new proposition was then used as a cornerstone of the brief for a new website and digital marketing strategy. The site design, content and build was delivered by H&A in partnership with Jackson Boyd. The new website and brand was launched in March 2017. We are now providing ongoing brand and marketing consultancy to support the growth of the business.
